Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Instructions:
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, and fresh ginger.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook for about 5–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Reduce the heat to medium and pour the honey-garlic sauce over the chicken.
Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 3–5 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally so they become beautifully coated and caramelized.
Sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Serve hot with rice, roasted vegetables, or your favorite side dish.
Serve immediately and enjoy this sweet, savory, sticky, and incredibly juicy chicken!
