Ingredients — Serves 4
- 700 g beef steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
- Cut the beef steak into small, evenly sized cubes and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme. Toss well to coat every piece.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the beef in a single layer. Sear for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned on the outside while keeping the inside juicy.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic.
- Toss the steak bites continuously for 1–2 minutes, allowing the garlic and butter to coat the meat.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Toss again for about 30 seconds.
