Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients — Serves 4

  • 700 g beef steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Cut the beef steak into small, evenly sized cubes and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme. Toss well to coat every piece.
  3. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add the olive oil.
  4. Add the beef in a single layer. Sear for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned on the outside while keeping the inside juicy.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic.
  6. Toss the steak bites continuously for 1–2 minutes, allowing the garlic and butter to coat the meat.
  7. Add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Toss again for about 30 seconds.
