Honey BBQ Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp chili powder
½ cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
Bake for about 25–30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
Brush the chicken generously with the BBQ glaze.
Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes, brushing with more sauce halfway through.
For a beautifully caramelized, slightly charred finish, broil or grill for 2–3 minutes, watching carefully so the glaze doesn’t burn.
Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy these juicy, sticky, smoky, and perfectly caramelized BBQ chicken thighs!
